Another nice group of photos Grompix. Did you not fancy joining the volunteers to be run over by the 1/6 scalers LOL. (  Its good practice for the real thing at tank fest next year )

All the best.

STEINER.

Pete means a 'Dig & Drive' weekend, but the rest of the info is right LOL!

At the end of the day I only had 1 out of the 4 tanks still running. The Panther broke an idler support, the VVSS Sherman lost a track and the Sherman 105 was inflicted with a slipping gear on one of the gearboxes.

I can put the blame squarely on this chap!

Cracking day out, and as has been said before the weather, wasn't a problem, good company, Chris love the footage, I'll have to try and pull that down off youtube for the family album as theres plenty of Deanna driving, that'll make her big brother most envious.

For once I think I have the least to repair after a do, Pete and Chris will be busy this week, mind you I must confess I actually enjoy the repairing, just got to fabricate a jack handle and fix recoil on Tiger 1 this week, well up to now, off to Abotts Bromely tomorrow so who knows  :-\
