Here's where I'm starting to have fun. I replaced the original machine gun barrel in the tertiary turret with a brass tube containing a lucite rod. I placed a red LED behind it in the turret and plugged into the machine gun circuit on the board.
Next, my partner in this gave me a "Random Servo Motion Generator", made by RC Geek. It runs off the power leads of a servo circuit, such as the and elevation. It generates random motion, modifiable in frequency, speed and travel via potentiometers on the board. There are two outputs, each able to run a servo independently of the other. I put a micro servo in each turret, with the servo arms anchored on the hull. Just the mg turret is plugged in on this clip.

WW2 tanks belch smoke, especially when starting up. The T-35 has one exhaust pipe, protruding from the rear deck. I took a Heng Long smoker, plugged one of the two tubes, fashioned a brass vent and added it to the build. Smokes pretty good because there's just one tube and the orientation allows the fluid to flow down into the unit easily, which is always a problem with them.

I need a printer.... Did the lunatic printing the 1/6th scale one ever finish it? And if so, did he get it out of the room?

The chassis took a few months, mostly because we were involved in other stuff. We really got up to speed in the last month.

Five second clip showing where the exhaust vents. Looks like that Soviet engine has really high compression!

Great build! My dad's T-35 is still in parts from many months.
