Good Morning,
Damaged fenders seemed to be the norm on the IS -2. I got mine as a slightly damaged model from Forgebear and saved some dough. Easy fix and I might even get around to a repaint one of these years ( I kind of like the Berlin scheme that came stock tho') Kaczor is on to something with the plastic on Torros. My Torro Jagdtiger arrived with a broken rear deck. I believe this was not due to shipping but rather a ham handed attempt to use\force the upper locking system without first lining it up. So I was shipped a damaged tank from an Ebay vendor with US stock but again, modeling and upgrading is what we all do here. Nothing lost.
regards,
Painless

I’m trying to repair mine because I like the paint and mine is one of the weathered ones so I want to try and repair it with out a re-paint just a patch up and re dust, problem is I can tell if it’s reflex green or 4bo

The repair so far, my guess is reflex green with a black wash and dust

So after a small repair a patch up on the paint, a make up brush, some dust pigment and some sort of mental disposition I have ended up with this.
Sadly the break line is still visible so I decided to disguise it as a dust settle line

That's a fine solution, much better than mine. In a living-room battle, a T-34 tank's fender was damaged. I faked a weld "in the field" and made it rusty. A welded fender? Well...

"I’d have just cut it off! I feel sorry for you guys with broken parts when I had good ones now consigned to the bin!" I know a woman who said... Oh, never mind.

I suppose by the time I have put the cable or logs or a tarp on it won’t be visible but there’s not really any where to put stowage so it may stay as it is. On the plus side it could be passed off as a small impact crease if I heat and bend the lower edge a little
