Now those photos are fun! I don’t think I have ever seen a Luftwaffe Officer surrender to a little Sherman.
It seems that you were a Refesser somewhere, too. Talking is a requisite—knowledge is a cherished privilege. My underused specialty was the history of rhetorical theory, but I learned about the power of humility and listening through the challenges of a satisfying career.
