Don't get me started on 1/1200 and 1250th model ships. I could fill Portsmouth Harbour!

A dinky supertoy tank that was passed down to me from my uncle and now my sons play with it.
Don't ask about the decals!. They were applied long ago to give the Germans some armour to fight against the British lolImage

:O :D I used to have a few Dinky toys, as well as a few Lesney 'Matchbox' examples, but I never saw a Dinky toy made out of chocolate before. :D

And probably a few Corgi too? Dinky also made a few French military vehicles but not for the UK market, though good old eBay still has them now and again.

As an aside, l notice Hornby are releasing Corgi's original James Bond gold DB5, all in original trim and packaging. However, this is said to have a rotating front number plate yet the original didn't! Possibly a good thing as it could corrupt the antiques market! I still have mine but the machine gun release catch is a little sticky.

The one that got away was the Honest John rocket launcher set. I never had one of those but you find them at collectors' toy fairs.

This has gone way off topic - sorry guys! :{
