I too must chime in on Mike's generosity! From out of the blue he came, bearing gifts...with no compensation accepted, except that I "pay it forward" when possible! When I have a little more time, I'll explain in more detail! I think it's rare to find such generous people now a days, and this Forum seems to have many!
