I suggest you still open the hull and check that was the main power switch and, whilst open, check all the cable plugs are fully seated.

As our friend Kaczor said, it does not seem to be identical model? but on the video, after pressing the switch below, the start is done on a push button of the transmitter ?? a question can be stupid? but would there not be a pairing (Binder) to be made between the transmitter and the board? I think that indeed it is necessary to take the time to read the instructions !!!! to understand all the subtleties, do you have a way to check that the battery is well charged? voltmeter or others? I think you have to start with the. On the attached schematic, there seems to be a single start-up switch ...

Note:
The new 2.4Ghz tanks combine all the functions on the remote control. There are now no switches on the tank except for the general power switch on the tank. However, the manufacturer using the same molds as on the previous versions, the locations of the old ones will still be visible in the turret as well as under the tank, however they now appear empty.

8O so maybe the charger is not suitable? possible to have pictures of both? what is the type of battery? Nimh, Lipo, Lion? the charge is not the same, depending on the type, and does this charger work with the battery is new too? made a lot of questions, I know !!! but it is necessary to proceed in the order, in order to be able to determine the problem. on pain of going in circles

I would say Lipo batteries, not charge the balancing plug. The point on the left end of the charger, must be an LED? does it light up at a time? power on, and end of charge shutdown? or always on? check with a 12-volt car lamp, and 2 soldered wires, see if it lights up by plugging in the Tam plug, be careful not to short circuit - otherwise danger of explosion  :O
