Thor-Robotics is Hooben/ArkModel but surprised is sold via e-Bay since they ship most US orders from Amazon warehouses. Shows $1368.00 on Amazon so presume its a typo - have seen my share before from them.

The $250 charge is for the "master painting" not the tank. It's an up charge.
