Have you found a US source for the T34E kit? I had looked at Andy's Hobby Headquarters and they are all sold out. Ebay only has Chinese sellers at this point.

Looks like a prototype/low production to me, while box picture in a first post looks like a plain fantasy. The 112th factory in Sormovo was mostly making a generic version without side plates. A few ones were made in 1941 with turret and some body spaced screens and later in 1942-43 with side screen. All were lost in battles - none has survived till today.
1941 early version - only 2 were made.

1942-43 version 2 with side screens. Battlefield use showed low efficiency of screens on T-34 alone with extra load to transmission and engine plus excessive metal consumption so they were discontinued. A bit over a hundred were made in late version. All were lost in battles - none has survived till today.

The version Tosik posted in the first set of pics looks to be built on a really early T-34 chassis. It even has the really early patterned tracks. The 1/35 model kit is based on the later T-34 chassis without the front glacis armor plate. That version would be easier to build and more correct for the parts available since the early tracks are not available as far as I know.

I had gathered a few additional pics from two years ago when I ran across this version of the T-34 and was researching building it:

Two bottom pictures are not of the actual tank, some smaller scale prototype model (I added missing side).
