That’s my 4 complete tank.I also have 11 or 10 new in box as I’m building the KV-1.You see I found a King Tiger NIB for $785 delivered. So I snapped it up at that price. So I will end up with 2 King Tigers.

Hi woody, I also have my throttle set up on the left stick for my tamiya tanks, with my pershing I hold the digital trim until it reaches the highest point then flick the stick all the way up this engages the clutch system then, make sure that you return the trim to centre after. If you have no luck with that try doing the same procedure but in reverse, I would also recommend for the first time you raise the tank up on a block just incase it takes off immediately :wtf: hopefully this should get it running for you

Cheers, Lee.

He is using a 9x radio with the best radio software that exists. (but a very old version) he would do good updating it to the it to the newest, which was released last month.

But that version is more than enough and vast improvement over most radios anyway. With a programmable radio like he has now, you never should touch the trims except for correcting steering. Touching trims was the "tamiya way" when using their almost useless radios.

When using tamiya electronics he has plenty of unused switches in his radio. Is a matter of assigning one with a +125 signal, flicking it once and done.
I suggest him to check some of the zillion youtube videos that are there for learning how to program the radio while using er9x - erskytx
If he already knows how to do that, maybe the KV-1 electronics would benefit from recalibrating.
And that's it.

Gday Mr Woody, great to have you along mate.
I too was in the NBRCTC until it was unfortunately closed recently.
Ken did a wonderful job keeping things ticking over but sadly it had its time & he had to take a break. I hope one day he will find the mojo again we can get things up & running.
Im on the Gold Coast & now have a bunch of ok looking shelf displays !!

I see the warning sign for sprinklers in your shed, were/are you a sprinkler fitter ?
68DegC is all it takes & in a fierce Aussie summer your shed must go close to that !! Lucky there are no heads in there eh ;)

Feel free to pm me & we can catch up in real life !

I bought my King Tiger & Pershing from Ken 2014-15.I have bought 3 Clark’s boards from Mark in the last 4 months.TK-22tiger & panther. Also bought a Clark’s TK board for my Ural WPL 6 wheel.Got a board from Kevin for my T-34.Kevin also modified my 3 Turnigy controllers.I’ve seen Kelvin at his place about half a dozen times in the past 6 months & many phone calls. He was going to 3D print a shell rack for my KV-2.I just need to get back to him about it.One thing I could do with advice is.I bought 2 Benedini boards & USB cable. Was going to run them through the Clark’s boards. All I know you need to download onto the Benedini from the website.Haven’t gone any further than that. But keen to get it done. One for the Sturmtiger & the other was hopefully for a Jagdtiger I may consider buy in the future.
