The book’s ISBN # is 0-8117-2911-7 (pbk)
The price of the radio was $177 with free shipping. Received it fairly quickly. I should be more mindful of my posts but sometimes my excitement clouds my forum etiquette.
Last night I made the left stick self centering because I’m more accustomed to having it that way and painted a small white dot on the potentiometers for improved visibility. I even let my wife peel the plastic protector film off the screen. She loves doing that.

Mr Jimster, take no notice.
Funny how some people who only post sites home page links rather than direct links to the actual products they are talking about complain the most when other people do similar less helpful things ;)

So true.
No worries Jarndice! You know I usually like to include my references and I always appreciate your inputs and observations. My skin is as thick as a Tiger tank! You’ve always been a great help to me.

It comes with a multiprotocol module and that means it works with almost every receiver of every brand in the market. Flysky, frsky, spektrum, futaba... All.

I do use those multiprotocol modules and are amazing, and you can never run out of receivers when all of them works.
So are you saying I could buy one of these very sexy looking radios to replace my old Turnigy 9x and it would work with all my existing receivers? If that's the case it is very tempting.

Yes, but I also say a Turnigy 9x flashed with a decent software (er9x) and a 4 euros backlight is an awesome piece of technology and there is no need to replace it with anything unless you really need heaps of functions and tons of channels.

Yes and I love it. Feels great in the hands and the screen is super user friendly. It has a quality I overall feel to it and balances perfectly when hanging from the lanyard which is not included. Being able to charge the batteries without removing is nice and a pair of 16850 batteries last a good long time. Very simple to program and assign switches with the super easy screen navigation. I’m still discovering things that I like about it.
I liked my QX7 but I’m actually proud of this one.

Wise advice as always Rad. The 9x has served me well so for the moment I will resist the temptation and put the money into my jagdpanther project.
