I know this is a little late, but I like to use oven cleaner to strip paint from plastic. Works really well. As for the primer, I believe most German tanks were painted with a red oxide primer at the factory, whether they got the finish paint job at the factory or in the field, so I really like the Rust-Oleum rusty metal primer. This is their self etching primer and it works just great on plastic. Another great thing about it, it's cheap. I get a great big can for about $4, as opposed to a small can of Tamiya primer for $9. I've used the rustoleum primer under enamel and acrylic paints with excellent results and I found that it dries quickly and is easy to sand and it's thin enough that if you apply it in a couple of light coats you won't lose any of your detail.

I've been using it for years and highly recommend it. It is also easily decanted for use in an airbrush.

Hope that helps.

So you're in France? Try this

I checked both the links you provided and since I can't speak or read the language I can't really advise you. If that's a favorite brand or something, the main things you should be looking for are "self-etching" or anything that says compatible with plastic.

Thanks to google translate I was able to make out most of it and I would stay away from both of those, because they say "some plastics". Without knowing for sure what plastic it's good for or exactly what plastic the tank is made of you're taking a chance on having things melt. If you insist on one of those, I would test it first on the sprue that comes with the accessories and see if it sticks well and doesn't eat the plastic.

By definition an etch primer chemically bonds to a metal surface using acid - this is not going to be much help on plastics that do not react with the acid. Yes it might stick, but this is not the application it is intended for.

I always use a primer intended for either plastic car parts or plastic garden furniture. These paints are designed to flex with the underlying material as it expands, contracts and generally changes shape under load.

I get it about the self etching part being for metal, and this primer doesn't actually say self etching anywhere (I got that from a company rep) but I know this stuff works well not only on metal (as in Taigen metal turrets) but also on the plastic that Taigen and HL tanks are made of (haven't tried tamiya or resin kits yet) so I try to be clear that it's not the regular rustoleum red primer, it's the rusty metal stuff, but I mainly recommend the rustoleum because I've used it on at least 40 tanks and never had a single glitch. Whatever it has in it, it works and it's proven itself to me. That's why I recommend that you look for similar properties in a non-rustoleum brand.

Oh yeah, I've also used it on trucks, wpl, jjrc and 3d printed pla. Works GRRREAT!! (Where's Tony when you need 'im?)
