I was not very happy with the way the gun elevation was working and wanted a less juddery servo and also more elevation as per the photos of the full size I have seen. Now has much smoother operation and increased elevation.

I was really wondering that this tiny servo worked for you on the elevation unit. Must have been a light barrel, I thought. What you experienced was my experience too. Those tiny servos don’t work well for elevation. Have to change mine as well.

Yes indeed. I was being over optimistic using a mini-servo. The new servo is a metal geared digital servo with 120 degree travel. It is a marked improvement.
