I think I am right in saying that is a Heng Long TK-RXMB-301--Version 5.3
There is a 4 block set of sockets on the right side bottom of the board,
Is the top left of the 4 sockets marked "CN12" for the binding cable ?

Nope. Only goes up to CN9

Its the 5.3, if I am not mistaken it looks like the dual sound MFU
