WOW the differences and blurred lines between Pz IV versions have more twist and turns than the Escarpment between Jeddah and Taif Saudi Arabia.

That is why I dedicate so much of my builds to the different versions of Panzer 4,
A lot of the external differences are quite subtle and leaves me telling people who when visiting say "Why do you have so many tanks that are all the same",
"No they are not"
I then try to explain the differences but inevitably their eyes glaze over and they get that hunted look of desperation knowing they are in the company of a loony

Hi guys,
Looks like one of the challenges of building an F/F1 from the Tamiya kit will be the earlier style drive sprocket and idler used on the F/F1. The Tamiya offerings are clearly of the later style.
