That guy looked very nicely cast. Not a waste at all, sir. Paint them ( you bought more than one? ) up and stand them with your regular figures around the tank laager. Eye candy is always a huge part of the shelf or diorama time for our tanks when we are not running them.

Short answer people vary in size, no.reason why figures can't. The verlinden stuff (looks like this could be a recast) arent 1/16 and are a little over scale but I don't think that detracts from them as long as you don't mix them with much smaller figures

Hi jimster, as has already been said, people in life come in all shapes and sizes, I don't think it works well in scale modelling though as they are often an object of focus and therefore the difference stands out more in my opinion did you paint the heng long figure in your first picture? If so that's a great achievement as those figures are rubbish but you have done a marvellous job on it

It is possible to alter resin figures. In this case here, with a saw, you can cut the torso on both sides of the belt keeping the belt intact, then remove a couple of mm from the torso top and bottom part, then thin the belt a bit also if you can, then glue the figure back together. With a knife, nail file and putty, you can refinish the joint between torso parts and belt as it was before. I do it all the time.

Thanks, guys. I painted the Heng Long figure and thanks for the compliment. What I really think would be cool is a commander that is carefully peeking out above the rim of the cupola and looking through field glasses. Holding the hatch open with his right hand and the left hand holding the binoculars up to his eyes. Unfortunately I don’t think I’m up to the task of modifying figures to that extent.

I have 3 this 120mm figures in my KT and it looks greate if u dont mix them with torro figures
