Hi Martin, I've just downloaded the model thanks, I'll have a play with it after work tomorrow, do you have a layer height preference?
Cheers

Perhaps I am missing the point but there is quite a good and reasonable priced version in 1/18. It is also a very nice detail model:

I think the fun is in creating one himself?

Maybe you could include a cockpit canopy containing a horrified looking Hanna Reitsch :) Now, that would be truly novel

Great work Martin, looks GOOD
But now you need to do the launch ramp and sled!

Got myself a Pak40, Pak36 & hopefully a Hanomag SDK 251 which i plan to scale up for adding to this collection of Militaria

To answer in order:

0.06 is my standard height for fine detail stuff - any courser, and I'm not sure the panel line details will come out?

We have the kit built up already - but rather than smash it apart to put all the gubbins in, I thought we'd be better off with a 3D printable version that could be customised to add mounting points for LED's, speaker, smoke feed port, and possbily space for batteries and the control circuit in the main body as well.

We already have the launch ramp, tho I might do a model of the hand trolley used for loading them onto the launcher to put the kit version on as a final little detail.

Good news on the PAK's - I've got some 1/18 ones, but again I don't want to smash them up to add servo's and IR/flash LED's, so printable versions are most welcome.
I'm part way thru doing US 105mm and 3" AT guns (the US Army used the same carridge for both, so that simplifys things somewhat) - I've added you to the folder so that you can have a look, reuse the servo model etc...

Erm, It was supposed to be printed in 2 halves so that I could fit the wiring and other stuff, and then glue together after :wtf:

You have an email.
