Hi speedbird,
The tracks that you've shown are t49, Dave ( forgebear ) has them on his site, look under the Sherman section and he has them with and without the duckbills although at the moment it looks like he only has the duckbill one's in stock, both sets are metal, check with Dave though as he can usually get items back in stock fairly quickly
Cheers, Lee.

Haya are/were selling the Mato Shermans so you could get a hull there.

I’ll be listing a Heng Long chassis, Mato hull and turret this weekend which may be suitable.

Nick Aguilar's M4A1 upper hull kit is one of the better ones around:

I'm about to start retrofitting a MATO metal A3 with his upper. Highly recommend checking out his work.

105's were always found in late turrets, and I think they all had the vision coupola. As such the Heng Long one is fine as it is. 105 turrets were only fitted on late model M4's (i.e. the 1/16 Tamiya kit) and the M4A3 (Heng Long).

I have two ideas an israely target tank or a
M41 the later is cheaper and a bit of variety to be fair but maybe as i gain funds an m4a1 hull shall apear on ebay for a reasonable price so all of the stuff is still in considiration

I can remember when the M41's were less than $75 and even that seemed expensive at the time
They are excellent runners in my experience, but scalewise the tracks are way too wide (Heng Long recycled the Pershing running gear, where as in reality they were completely unrelated!) and that gun barrel

I think that's an early IDF ambulance. I'd also check the vendors list before buying the M41.
