Yeah, most crop up in the USA but you can get some good deals if you multi-buy. Or you can try these guys:

These are just over 10cms in height. The difference over Tamiya is these are articulated. arms, legs, head ect can all be repositioned. The Commander in the picture with the mouse grey jacket was broken down at the waist so as to fit into the cupola. Also you can paint them with acrylics any colour you want.

I found a Vietnam era tank commander that is perfect for my Bulldog from this range of figures. The good thing about them is the articulation is mostly ball & socket joints or hindges. As the plastic is slightly soft you can pop off an arm, leg or just remove the parts you dont want to get it how you need it quite easily. They are also pretty well painted so you dont have to bother if you dont feel confident to do it yourself.

Even though they say 1/18 they scale upto 1/16 figures no problem and certainly dont look out of place on a 1/16 tank.

I had seen a video on You tube where a guy was using indiana jones figures on his T-34, not sure of the size of these figures but looked ok, especialy as you cant get russian figures for love nor money. Anyone seen this or know the guy?

Heres the Nam tank commander in my Bulldog. He's unpainted and I only needed to seperate his lower legs at the knee joint to get the perfect cupola fit.

That looks wicked!! Im certainly being drawn to the bull dog as my next tank. Seen a couple of pictures of a south Korean one, just to be a bit different, but i love yours, the figure realy sets it off, and im quite partial to any thing related to the vietnam era ;D ;D
