Maybe a Fury would be popular to the general population, possibly even Oddball's Sherman. Not sure how well some of the more unusual (to Western audiences) armour would sell.

The problem with selling movie-star vehicles is that they're copyrighted, and you'd have to pay royalties to sell branded depictions of them. As long as they sell your basic M4A3E8 though with T23 turret, M1A2 gun and HVSS suspension, we can build our own Fury.

Which comes back to what appeals to the mass market, ie what does Joe Bloggs buy Jr for Christmas. We may own (far too) many tanks, but how much of a HL production run do we actually account for?

Two: the fury tank configuration existed in real life, therefore, "Like in the fury film" won't cause problems ;)
1) You can bet your ass that if HL tries to sell an unlicensed Fury-branded tank, no importer is going to touch it, so you'd have to buy it directly from China.

2) Like I've been saying, the basic M4A3E8 with HVSS suspension, T-23 turret and M1A2 gun can be a HL product no issue and be sold anywhere, that's just a basic Easy 8 Sherman, but that's not Fury, Fury has a specific set of stowage, a specific camo and 'Fury' written on the barrel.

Finally, there's a difference between selling a model and branding a model, IE, associate it directly and by name to a copyrighted IP. Like a movie, for example. HL could get away with selling an Easy 8 with that specific set of stowage and camo, as long as they don't brand it as being from the movie Fury, and don't write 'Fury' on the barrel. This way they can at least legally claim it's not Fury, and thus avoid all the copyrighting issues. HL might be Chinese, but they're not stupid.

One surely (Shirley?) missing in the truck hybrid category is a SDKz.251. A upgunned variant of which would be a great addition to any collection of German armour vehicles.

If the Nazis built half as many Tigers as Heng Long have, we'd all be speaking German. :/
