Tank accessories

Post by Mark66 »

Well for my first time ever with a new tank and new electronics it's actually very simple, setting up the TX and plugging in, just remember to disconnect the fan (live wire and make safe) from the Old control board, I had a bit of trouble with the Tarr smoker but it's sorted it got damaged in the post so a resoldering job, in the folder it was set to 0=2 so with the help of Ian I changed the settings, I'm fitting new tiki torch and fitting a resister 5w 8.2 ohms ceramic coated.

For the speaker fitting a bit of dremeling to make it fit, + I had to make a magnetic shield of sorts and move the smoker away from the speaker so it would not interfere with the fan and cause it to stop.

Other than that it's a great system.

Just messing around with the recoil on the torro I think I'm nearly there.
