I have no sympathy for the Great Bustard or the Dodo or indeed any other creature which became extinct through being slow and in the case of the Dodo friendly to those people hunting it and flightless as well as being extraordinarily tasty,
If they wer'nt so damned palatable they would still be alive.
So its their fault :lolno:
The PPI lawyers can hardly be blamed for searching for Mugs after all "Which" Magazine put on line a "Letter" for Joe Citizen to download for FREE and all he had to do was just put his own name and address in the relevant places and post it to his Bank and wait for the cheque,
Instead Joe Citizen or Mr Mug happily allows a shyster lawyer to download the self same letter and help themselves to 25% to 35% of the award.
There really is no helping some people.
The big problem with detail is well demonstrated by Tamiya,
It does add to the cost of the product,
If your market is mainly for children and impulse buyers you will put in only as much detail as is deemed necessary and within the profit margin.
We tend to forget that we hobbyists are a very small minority of the purchasers of 1/16 R/C Armour,
We are the backbone of Chris (Ludwig's) and other niche companies, none of whom are selling shares on international stock markets or retiring to the Bahamas.
Heng Long, Taigen and Torro really couldn't care less about our constant nit picking as you might have noticed. :lolno:
