Sorry I'm on holiday at moment with limited access to check.

On the loading .ibu sounds, when the window opens to select the file at the bottom need to change from wave file to ibu then it should allow it to be selected and downloaded to the IBU3.

oops sorry ,I'm sure ian will sort you out, it can be a bit of a headache.

Yep, I did that otherwise you can't see the IBU file type.

Try a factory reset on the ibu3, if that doesn't change anything uninstalling USB driver and software and delete the download. Then download again and reinstall.

I know sounds strange but when I first tried this PC configuration version it just didn't work and I never got error downloading or installing. Deleted all and tried again and worked, I've also had one other customer have same issue so hopefully it will also help yours.

Ok thanks, I'll give it a go a bit later I just got back from 14 hrs of travel. Now I need to prep for Danville Va. this weekend.

The issue was the PC security setting for each file was not set to full control. I'm loading them now!

Thanks for the update. What security software you using in case others have same issue.

It was just windows 10 doing its thing. When you DL the files they will need to be unblocked. That won't be enough though. You then need to open the properties/security tab on each and edit the permissions for the local user to FULL. Then click allow and OK. Repeat for each file.

Odd I use win10 and not had that issue, but I use a 3rd party security software so maybe that over rules the windows.
