Mine behave strange too, must be an epidemic. I kid you not, every time I push the stick forwards it drives straight off the table, does it every time. Whom should I sue?

Hi all

Not often I comment on much other than my builds ..
But
Ebay will always favor the buyer ..full stop
As for returned not accepted ..that is bogus .. in law ..Theres a nice set of laws called distance sale's rules
Which states the buyer had up to 3 months to cancel and return any item with out having to give a reason at all ..and is entitled to a full refund and the cost of the return postage
That why ebay guarantee the buyer will always get there money back ..
Regardless of how much the seller complains .. the seller will always lose out no matter what
Have a look at the ebay forums on ebay and how many sellers continously complain about being ripped off by eBay and the buyer
And amazon are just as tuff as ebay ,.,
There some horrendous storied there too ...

Distance selling regulations haven't applied since 2014 when they were replaced

I think there's a difference between people who are in The Hobby and people who are buying toys on eBay. Stories like this are the main reason that I won't sell anything on eBay. I've just heard too many bad things from the sellers point of view.

I really hope this all works out for you and that you're able to sell the tank to someone who will appreciate it.

They also only apply to business sellers not private sales

Yes I think Tom is correct in why he says
But I've never lost any claim I've made against a seller ..
For what ever reason ... privet or business
And alway had my money back ..

Yeah I think that's more down to Ebay than anything else and is the reason why I won't touch Ebay to sell stuff any more.
