I've just cut and paste this from the Tankzone description. It mentions state of the art sounds and smoke...
"...Unlike other manufacturers that produces all metal tanks in kit form or available in limited quality with a long lead time and many optional extras. Our 1:8 scale high quality all metal Tiger tank is delivered off the shelf, complete, fully assembled and ready to run out of the sturdy wooden storage box. Powered by powerful 24 volts twin 800 watts motors and heavy duty steel gearboxes, it has full movement just like the real tank and can climb inclines up to 45 degrees. The turret can rotate 360 degrees and the main gun can recoil as well as move up and down with built-in airsoft feature that fires 8mm BB pellets guided by a laser sight. All this is showcased by a full range of high definition sounds and smoke effect...."
Of course, The Tankzone boss could be mistaken; but I think..given the price tag mentioned elsewhere, and with having to compete with other bank-balance busting models (.eg., Aeromate, Mark 1 tanks..etc.,) sound and smoke ought to be essential.

This has been mentioned in another thread.
At the end of the clip, there are two tanks. I think the tank in question is the smaller one which is 1/8. Who is the actual producer of these tanks is still unknown but they are marketing by Heng Long. They are not Metalbox, at least in term of marketing.
I printscreen the offer of Metalbox on their Tiger 1

Hi im new here and live in HK. With the Heng Long 1/6 or 1/8 all metal tanks, you can buy them directly in China at a better price. Shipping will still be alot but obviously you skip the middlemen. However sometimes a middleman is useful! The 1/8 is about USD4600+ postage i have to check the 1/6. These are all singing/dancing motion/noise/leds/smoke- etc. hope this helps.
Depending entirely on the quality, $7,500 really isn't that unreasonable for a 1/6 scale RTR all metal Tiger One. The 1/8 version in the video above appears to be a mid version, can anyone confirm or refute that for me? I'm thinking it's a mid because of the track links on the turret and it still has rubber tires.
As for the Armortek Panther that Steelbird posted, first, aren't those sold out? And second, even though armortek is worth every single penny you pay, that 5,000 pound price tag is for just the static tank, and you're looking at another $1,700 US for motors, plus smoke, lights, sound, etc, etc. By the time an Armortek Panther is complete and on the field I think you'll have about $10,000 US into it (almost 8,000 pounds). Still the very best tanks you can get today (IMHO), but the base price can be a bit misleading for a new guy like me. But don't think I'm knockin' Armortek because I'm definitely not. I love that company and one of my life goals is to own an Armortek Tiger One and a Panzer III. Pretty lofty goals for an old hippie like me, but we're workin' on it!!
Now ... if I can just get myself written into MSgt Mike's or Rivetcounter's will!!

Ah, Gary...you're "knock, knock, knockin' on Armortek's door..". are you? That's quite an aspiration for the 'twilight' years of an ageing Hippie. I should know. Yes, I'd agree than an Armortek Tiger I (though I'd prefer
a Pz IV, or Comet..just), is probably the pinnacle of dreams, or nirvana..that a well-lived life should lead to But first of all, old buddy, you'll need a massive garden or Tankpark to go with it!...a sort of Tanker's garden of Eden.
Roy.
