The problem you have is that your Leo has the latest Heng Long Control Board and Transmitter which apart from having a better range of Sounds and other extras it also includes sockets with more facilities which are not on earlier boards,
The PZ4 has an earlier RX18 control Board which while both tanks are 2.4 Digital have almost nothing else in common, the earlier upgraded Heng Long RX18s could be simply upgraded by unplugging all the sockets of the old RX 18 and replacing the old board with the newer version and plugging into the relevant sockets and off you would go.
You cannot easily upgrade to the type of Control board in your Leo from an earlier one.
It has been tried but it is generally recognised that taking out the existing RX18 and fitting an aftermarket control board is simpler but it is a drastic and expensive way to go.
If you trawl through the pages you should find more information from the brave souls who have attempted the upgrade.
Shaun.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

Here's a photo of the 5.3 version:

This is the one I bought (along with Tx) to replace the 27Mhz board in my MKIV F2. The Tx has the working silver buttons on top.

It's also the same MFU and Tx that came in my Pantiger. I know this because I have had both open and they say 5.3 on the bottom of the board.

My Sherman came with the same Tx, I haven't taken it apart yet but I'm "assuming" the MFU is the same.

My T34/85 came with the Tx that has the fake black buttons on top, haven't taken it apart yet either.

One big difference I see in the boards is the change from a 3-pin plug to a 2-pin plug that the photo calls the Smoking gearbox.

I smoked the elevation function on the MKIV board while attempting the conversion from 27Mhz to 2.4Ghz. I have since swapped MFUs between the MKIV and the Pantiger, I wanted my F2 to be in good working order. If I can find another 5.3 MFU and a new airsoft gun my Pantiger should be good as new.
