Well I started my disputes and the mad man has answered every post I have put up..but in doing so he has dropped the ball big time...so far he has stated that I'm an ex service man who has fought in several wars..I have a weapons lisence and said I will use them and kill him...he has stated to ebay he Monday went to the police to report this mad man and my texts to him...then Tuesday the police cam to his house(two officers) and took notes of my violent texts..he then went Wednesday with a witness..the same witness who saw the goods he sent me and was there when he wrapped them and went over my threats...to which the police told him and I quote ."the officer I spoke to seemed to think it's an simple case of buyers regret and you using feedback on this item and a request for a return devisively.".,,
All this police activity from death threats and this is there action...lol

Wait.....what? He called the police on you? For what? You didn't threaten him did you? This whole thing over a stupid toy tank? W0W! I could be wrong but with ebay he would have to proove you swapped the parts after he mailed them.

Guy sounds like a huge flaming ass! For fun you may let it slip that you've posted all about him on all the r/can sites as to what transpired. It's not liable if it's the truth.

This guy sounds like a nut job  , but be careful as he knows your address - he has mailed items to you, and there are some very strange and sometimes unbalanced people out there. Consider carefully how far you want to take this, I mean you can follow up with ebay and try and get the guys account closed down, but is it worth the hassle and the risk? Sometimes (although I am the last usually to back off from a dispute) it is better to walk away and put it down to experience, it could be beneficial to your health and physical and mental well being.

Anyway however you decide to proceed, good luck

There are mad men everywhere in the world. Sometime you feel being bullied and want justice. However, sometimes, the cause for fighting is just not worth... take it easy

The guy sounds like a nut! How far away does he live from you? If he's THIS bad you may just want to let it go, I'd hate to hear anything bad happened to you cause of this nut.

Well Jack the good thing is that when Luckylefty's bullet riddled body is discovered, the Constabulary will have a suspect that can be taken down to the cells to beat an admission of guilt out of,
So no problems.
Positive thinking dear boy.

I favour a pair of Brass knuckles inside a Police motorcyclists gauntlet.
Most people would talk non stop for a week at the sight of those glinting in the glow of the unshaded cell light. :lolno:
This side of the Atlantic, You know the Atlantic, its that stretch of water in front of the Boardwalk on the seafront in Baltimore,
Well over here because of the incessant financial cutbacks to local councils, street lights are very rarely used and that is a waste of quality lamp posts, so why can't we swing the neer do wells from them and at least get a decent financial return on our taxes ?
