Best RC Tank for Beginners?

I started with a Taigen Tiger 1 and I can't recommend it enough. Drove very well out of the box, and is highly upgradable. Mine now has a Clark board, TARR smoker and 5:1 gears, but the standard tank is more than good enough. All it needs now is a new IR system and it will be ready to lock horns with my Tamiya Sherman.

Me too. A great quality rugged tank, mostly metal parts.

Hi Guys ! for me I started with a Tiger 1 from Heng Long that was slightly upgraded by the previous owner and was a great starter tank......then I got Taigen Tiger and I must say I wish I had started with one........Great Tank with metal turret etc etc and well worth the extra few £.......so for me I would say the TAIGEN !

Depends on what you want. Do you want to run outside, upgrade, paint, modify? IR battle ready?

Here in the states I would absolutely do as others have mentioned and go with the Taigen Tiger I. It was my first tank and right out of the box very rugged and reliable. Do purchase it from Eric at imex so you have his help and support.
