After weeks of research I've narrowed BRIANS new look down , It has come down to a choice of two but can't make the final decision !!!!!!!!!!!

After 10 years on the show seen BRIAN is in need of some restoration ,I think 6 to 8 weeks to get the upper hull done before I can look at the lower hull.
I have ordered a few new parts for rear panel to replace broken won,s, Including new C hooks + Chains and Pins, New wire cutters as these were broken and not repairable ,but I've managed to get one panel done with a light flating coate of oxide applied.
The spare wheel that was bolted to the side has a few chunks out of it which I may repair or just leave as battle damage.
Kind regards Andy

Probable easier to go with the top one, if for no other reason other than the rear plate is correct. All tools mounted to the rear, the cleaning tube on rear deck, no tools on hull sides, exhausts are the later type.
The lower one, while a really nice version(one amazing example done by a Chris Wauchop in 1/35th) it has the early tube type exhausts which seems a long way to go backwards with the hardware you already own.
Thats just my 2c and a Mcdonalds discount vouchers worth !!

I like option 1 as well.

I would like a winter camo tank, but we only get snow on one or two days a year, (None last year)

A small update, repairs to the upper hull are compleate and it's now sat in 4 Coates of red oxide , Tommorow I can attempt to start the arduous job of the lower hull and all those wheels.

its great to go back to a blank canvas , bit of a tip here , dont panic when you lay the camo scheme down as at this scale it seems very bright and in your face ,but the weathering sorts it

The way my health is at the momant it will be xmas before it sees any camo, so much to do these are nothing like working on a 1/16 Tank and the amount of maint !!!! well I'm sure it will be worth it in the end.
