Hi Maybe you should do what the Portsmouth boat club do ,they have a load of landing craft and put on a show landing the tanks and then battle with them.

regards pete

P.S. there is a landing craft for sale on ebay (two actually but one is 1/24 scale)

Very impressive array, boys, of tanks and figures   Wish I'd been able to get there. I think i spotted a Firefly in the foreground; but maybe my ageing peepers were playing tricks :D
One of these days, though, I'm sure we'd all love to see 1/16 Comets, Matildas, Cromwells and Churchills offset the painfully obvious modelling imbalance in WW2 armour created by Tamiya, Heng long, WSN and co..... :(
That young wee modeller of the future will have a very skewed view of WW2 tanks.

What a great couple days we all had. So nice looking tanks, some very clever builders. Makes a nice change from building big heavy warships.......

Many thanks to the organisers, and Michael (glasgowtanker) for making such a success of the tank display..
