Thanks everyone for your help

I have drilled out my hatches, should the hole be made to be flush with the base or should there be a lip/raised rim?

Hi Jim,
     All Tiger 1s have a lip around the front hatch holes as far as I know  . I cut mine level with the body then realised later and added it . If your hatch fits over the lip ok then Id leave it on . But its only a very small lip . If you want me to let you know how I did it just ask . I was lucky enougth to find a round plastic containor to fit , with a little work.

  Your welcome mate I will be honest I hacked my hatches of , but in the end they were ok . If you use the other posts advice you cant go wrong.
