OK, no screws. I've never had a taigen roadwheel come apart like that, only the mato. I have both the PzIII and the Stug III and I run them pretty hard and I've never had this trouble. I still recommend the zap goo, though, but apply carefully and sparingly. It should be easier if you loosen the set screw and pull the stub axle. That should make it much easier to handle and test before re-installation.

I'm really looking forward to how this comes out, please keep us posted, Jake.

Rad those roadwheels from tankarmy look very, very interesting. Have you tried those? They look like they would bolt right onto a Heng Long tauchpanzer, what do you think? I've long wanted to add metal roadwheels to my Tauchpanzer, but didn't want to use the two piece mato and the taigen has a different suspension arm for the torsion bars. If those will fit my Heng Long Tauchpanzer i think I'll have to buy some.

Jake, those are a lot like the mato wheels, and I'd do them the same way with a little goo around the very outside and also in the pocket for the pin. That worked well for the mato wheels, and I just made sure not to get any goo on the inside and kept spinning the wheel until I was sure it wouldn't stick. That's one of the nice things about goo, it doesn't run easily.

Rad, I sent an email to tankarmy to see if they fit the tauchpanzer, and as soon as I have the coin (after the move) I'll get a set. That will be one of the last exterior items for the Tauchpanzer, and then I can try to squeeze an IBU2 in there somehow. That little plastic Tauchpanzer is still one of my very favorite tanks, and I can't wait to get some decent electronics in it.

Ive been using an ibu2 pro in my airsoft panzer III, with 5.600 mah battery and no problem.

Now I use the amazing ASP II and fits even better.
