i've just had a go Chris, took no more than 2 minutes, cut it with aviation snips and tapped out the curl on a small vice just need tidying up with a small file, might have a go at making some using brass fret pins as the track mount

only problem with me jack is i dont have anything decent to cut with, those track hangers cost £45 thats without postage from some place in germany

I'll cut some if you want, can't promise they will be dead on the old sealed beams arnt too good these days .

they need to be bang on 3/32 or 2.5mm to go through the track if not could file them down a bit

if you want them let me know how many strips, their about 3" long and probably will need tidying with a small file, easy enough with brass

thanks jack 6 will do, ill get 2 per strip let me know how much you want incl p&p i tried to make them with plastic card didnt work out to thick

havent done anything to my jagdpanther for over a week bought milliput off evilbay 3rd may to do welding seams still waiting gets very frustrating when i cant buy stuff in this banana republic
