Well day 1 after 5mins use the track jumped half off.
Day 2 (today) fixed track to find tracks do not fit sprocket wheel correctly on either side (this is apparently normal) Checked a jackson version its the same!! (bad design)
Then the tracks snapped 3times today in different place. (fixed with new bits each time)
3rd time did not bother fixing as u could see there are many other bits of it about to brake.
So it all back in the boxes as is
Pictures below

The result less than 1hours use since delivery
And as a 1st time tanker all i can say is its all but enough to put me off.... (i am seeking a refund)

Fingers crossed on the refund! I've got a couple of them and mine needed fettling. The tracks jump of when making reverse turns on grass but I've been told that running in the sprockets should solve this. The other thing is that because the wheels and shafts are both aluminium that they can jam very easily, if dirt gets in. On mine I'm thinking adding brass bushes on the wheel might be the way to go.

I will add the issues where only found under pretty hard running. She went fine on normal grass and at our meets.

Shouldn't have to do anything when you spend £600, especially after an hour of use. Looks really cool, not well made at all.

good to know but mine was on frigging laminate flooring in a hall lol
Just poor imho. Would it be acceptable if u £60k on a car and the wheel came off every 30miles?

Good morning,
I still want one of MATOs M10s when they come out. I think I will get an earlier set of Mato metal tracks and sprockets ( like the ones I used on 'Maxene' ) for it as soon as it arrives tho' Sorry to see this, Atnas. The Shermans were their first upgraded series out in all metal. ( Not counting the Tiger 1 ) Sounds like Toms Jackson M36 is doing better in the running gear dept. I hear good things about the Pz III and StuG as well.
regards,
Painless

HI
I am So Sorry your track broke today!!! SO MUCH TIME.....................................
I HAVE THE M36 TODAY
I am sure it was the last thing you expected.
Apologies for not mentioning this today. As it was my first meet I was trying to make sure that I did not appear to be an a total idiot as I am new to this stuff.
I learn't so much today!
The Tanks are going on Ebay!!!!!
Separately I sent a Sherman back to RCUNIVERSE a couple of weeks back as the tank and the rc remote would not pair with together and the tracks
All the best
Trevor

Hey painless do you know if they sell the older version I the tracks/sprocket. I've had issues with the Taigen Panther tracks and sprockets too, I think it's pretty unacceptable to keep producing tracks and sprockets which don't mesh properly.
