Hi all

Here is the update for what little work on the Leo I did over the bank holiday weekend

Started working on the hull side additional armour ..turret next ,,then go back and being to detail the armour

6th Sept update

Slowly slowly it's coming together ..the turret armour is a sod ... so many complex angles ..typical German over engineering and it would see that no to models of leopard have the same armour package .. it's different for a Leo 2 ..or a Leo 2a5 or a 2a6 ..and even the 2a7 is different again..

But after many hours of messing about ..checking ...cutting binning scrap attempts ..
got there .. we, some where very close ...

Next time I will just build something simple and paint it and try to enjoy the build ?

10th Sept update
turret detailing and what a job and a half this is turning out to be every time I pic up a book or look at pics on the www .. I see yet more and more things I need to build and detail ..
so far I've dome most of the turret roof and not really started on the turret armour package .. thankfull there's not a lot of bits n bobs to add there

Its quite interesting I have so many peopel look at the build and not a lot of comments I guess that down to the things I build being different and unique and ins some ways not relevant to 99% od the armour in here ... perhaps some of the Wat I create the parts may be of interstate to some ?
Which knows ?

I think the main reason for the lack of comments is that people are just lost for words. I Know I am.

I look in quite often, sometimes I am not even logged in. It's an amazing build, I just watch in awe, your ability to cut styrene never ever ceases to amaze me.

Some amazing work Iain! I didn't realise it was so different to the normal Leo.
