Welcome Jon.
Already intrigued by those characters on your Maltese Cross avatar. Are they Japanese, Korean, or Chinese? A little eccentricity is always welcome!

If only He who must not be named was still welcome to this Forum he would have roused himself from his home in the Pacific (The dictionary definition of the word being quite the opposite of my good friends temperament) to tell anyone who would listen that the banner is from "Girl's und Panzer" and to be even more boring than usual both Chinese and Japanese characters are the same, a bit like French and German or English letters, Different languages but all sharing the same letters, "Girls und Panzer" being a famous Japanese cartoon series. Shaun.
I think I am about to upset someone

Re: Hello From Pennsylvania!
Thanks again for all the welcomes. Jackalope you are right down the road from me lol. I am up in York.
As jarndice stated the emblem is from an anime called Girls Und Panzer. Really good show if you are into anime. Also the characters are Japanese and read out the name of the school in the show that uses Greman tanks.

Spent 14 days in West Chester PA (now THATS a nice demographic) and walked The Valley Forge on a Labour Weekend holiday !
Liberty Bell, a Philly-cheese steak and a Reuben sandwich that was just enough meat to cure world hunger

Hi Jon:
Welcome to the forum, not from across the pond, but from across the river (the Susquehanna) in Ephrata.
This I 's a great place to share ideas and get answers to questions, and the modeling skills exhibited by the members never cease to amaze.
Maryland, York, Lancaster County, Maybe a breakfast or lunch sometime?

Nice to see someone else near me on here. Definitely have to set up that meet up, I havent been down to the green dragon for awhile, would be a perfect excuse to take a trip for a meet up.
