DKLM certainly get my vote. Only purchased a couple of times from them so far but delivery times have been very impressive and the quality of products seem excellent. I agree though their website is far from intuitive or accessible - its easy to not find stuff and they really need to look at this I think.

Just wondering what the chances are of being hit with VAT and import duty on large purchases from Hong Kong. A quick check indicates £16 duty plus 20% VAT
