I have ordered from them before and have had no problems either with the milliput or the delivery. May be you have just been unlucky.
Do you realize how much I hate this uniform and all it stands for. ( Cross of Iron )

If I'm going to be using milliput, I stick it in my trouser pockets for a bit beforehand. It makes it easier to use.
