https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tz7Q2QM ... e=youtu.be

Leopard 2A6- 3-1 gearboxes, jp480 motors running from an IBU2 and full metal running gear
Tiger 1- 4-1 gearboxes, standard motors running from a heng long 2.4ghz RX18 and full metal running gear.

Am sure this may be useful to know for someone planning a recovery tank/ bergepanzer, just abit of fun for me and I way try it with one stuck in the mud as opposed to stuck in my kitchen!
Loved the video mate and your tanks look sooooooo nice ive just charged my Tiger up and will be hittin the garden tonight :D
Ha ha ha jeman that Abrams' is so frickin cool! Am saving to get into the larger scales but it's well expensive and I can only fit one in my car! ( maybe have to buy a van!) I was going for a spin tonight but it's not stopped raining here!

He's not trying it with real tanks, just his little R/C ones. I'm sure it's safe. ;)
I so wanted to be sarcastic then! Am kinda worried to make any jokes on here at the min as I have seen the way some people have been and reacted to stuff and i really don't want to offend anyone, you guys are all that. Guess people just take the written word out of context sometimes as there's no inflection, but I just want to say your all great and helped me loads! (yes am a suck up!) and I hope my odd little videos in the kitchen have amused you :-) jackalope if I get chance the weekend I will start this new 'sport' of tank pulling! And probably break something, but as my niece and nephew say " uncle Leigh fix!)
Ad the little ;) guy after a joke or :haha: works well too. I agree about it being difficult.

Cheers mate....I haven't had it long but its frustrating ! I luv the 1/16 because I can pick it up. take it outside when I want and so on. With the Abrams.....I cant pick it up as it takes two to lift it....and now I need ramps to drive it into the car (hatch back)....and having to remove two rear seats also.....so its a bit of a mission but I do luv it :D Just need to find somewhere to park it up as its on limited time in the front room..........my wife is very supportive of my hobby, but there is ONLY SO LONG It can stay in there for  but I do enjoy looking at it

Am lucky, got a Batchelor pad, think I have a tank in every room, that Abrams would take pride of place on the coffee table in my living room or the dining room table!

That Abrams is big but the detail work on it leaves much to be desired. You would think that on something that big every detail would be finely done.

well I'm going to add to it, but as you can appreciate everything on these cost ££££££££ second gun on the turret will be purchased this month and so on. I'm in contact with Mark 1 Tanks and will be going down there for a day so really looking forward to that :D
This Tank has a rather cool past.......and was once owned by the M.o.d. They had two of them and attached framework onto the turret to mount a camera on ! Since then it has been really well restored and I will continue with that.......good fun

Some of the BIG tanks are almost like a child's toy in regards to details.
