In this, the digital age, she has an implanted chip with her details on, that can be scanned by vets and other interested parties. Her tag has 'Phone number, postcode and more...though an address (minimum) is usually a legal requirement in the UK.
Luckily, your porcelain pal will need none of these, Gary..and there'll be none of those eye- popping vet bills you've had, that left your jaw on the floor

Call him "Hamish", Gary (gaelic form of 'James"). Also, if you want to add a 1/16 piper to your burgeoning tank park throng, Verlinden make one. Unfortunately, he's from the Napoleonic Waterloo era. But hey....the ceremonial uniform has hardly changed since then, even though the WW2 battledress version differs wildly.. Let's just say he has access to a time machine...why the hell not? Add Doctor Who's Tardis to your sundry items.
