Quite right! I. Thought it was a Firefly but either way, he won't be making that mistake again.

It was for a long time thought that it was a British Firefly that took out Wittman's tank, but recent research indicates that the Firefly was too far away and it was a Canadian Sherman's 75 mm that did the deed.

My brother is a big Wittmann fan and I put HL Tiger together for him, although, not any of Wittman's Tigers. But in recent years, I have painted up a HL Sherman for him and he likes it.
He's very much into the Vietnam war too, so I can see him having a Bulldog later on. But for me, you cant have too many Shermans
I'll get to post mine up when I get to grips with the forum uploads
