Do not buy with plastic lower hull, it brokes often the front holding idler wheels arms. I got one with already broken [WHITE SMILING FACE]

I think Taigen's especially with the 4:1 steel gears are great and a great starting point if you want to add everything else to it.

Not too long..I think stock maybe 20 min? And if and when you start adding components and electronics-much less.
Makes sense to me to get a few 4-5amp (5000 Mah) batteries and a good charger.

is that 20min moving/ shooting or 20min sat there doing nothing?
and do them 4/5 amp battreys last longer or are they more powerfull?

Hi bear tanker, the tank does not come with any crew unfortunately , the tank commander is a resin piece which I'm currently re-painting and the tank rider is from tamiya which I converted to sit on the tank,

Driving ..that draws the most power and smoke units. The larger capacity batteries just last longer. For more power you would add more powerful motors.
