If HL did their homework, this should have no or almost no reverse.

Hl don't do homework, they simply fit an RX18 in all of their tanks. :haha:

Hehehe

I reckon with an aftermarket board like IBU, one can tinker with the reverse speed settings for the T-90 to make it have a very slow reverse speed.

T-72 to T-90 have slow reverse speed compared to Western tanks, although engine changes by other countries have resulted in their own T-72s to have better reverse speeds.

I quite like the top camo pattern. Any bright ideas on how to do it? Other than time & a very steady hand....

Excellent pics, just what we need. I have a feeling that HL are going to sell a lot of these, and if they do then the aftermarket guys will make stacks of upgrades and parts for them. :)

Very nice. Judging from the turret (without the bits added), it's an early T-90 with cast turret (current versions use a welded turret). With the markings, it looks like it was copied from T-90s initially being offered for the export market.

Pretty RC tank. I hope it sells well and I hope people at my side of the pond will buy it so I can have targets for my M1 and Leo2 hehehehe

Good morning,
I have always liked the looks of the T-72 and this tank ticks all the same boxes. Heng Long has a winner here as long as they keep the production vehicle to the same degree of detail as this one. Great find, Paul and great tank!
