Thanks, no parts from Ludwig, only home made parts or leftovers from the Kingtiger. The gun support is made with PVC tube and plastic sprues.

Same technique for the rear MG support.

Spare tracks supports are borrowed from the Henschel turret except for one that I have lost...
New holes have been drilled for the cables and tools.

what did you use to create the 'torch cut' marks on the front plate . looks like a neat trick

Torch cut marks are made with a small triangular file.

Thanks. I bought those nice output shaft bearings; I hope they will help with the durability of the pot metal transmissions.

The speaker is a Visaton FR7 4 Ohm in a Savöx servo box. I also made a support deck with four studs to bolt the IBU2 pro securely.

The chassis is painted with Tamiya grey primer, and Tamiya Dunkelgelb.

Rctanks.de sells them. They're a great little addition to the hull.

Thanks. I will have to check them out, for sure; or see if I can make some.jackalope wrote:Rctanks.de sells them. They're a great little addition to the hull.

As jackalope wrote, support bearings are from rctank.de, I think it's a must have on any tank with long output shaft.
I choose to Tamiya TS dunkelgelb for the base coat, I made some test with automotive red primer, but I was not very happy with the result (too red, too shiny, and it disn't stick very well to the Henglong plastic).

The IBU2 is bolted in the chassis, and with some help from members of this forum, I was able to get it to work.

First test of the gun functions.
