If I owned that Tiger I don't think I could bring myself to paint it, looks awesome as is.. Fantastic work Roy thanks for sharing.

The tank weighs around 10 kg I am going to paint it,I am going to try my hand at the air brush, but I have never done it before and I am a bit anxious, all my previous painting has been enamal by hand on my steam engines. Thanks for the info on the IBU2 I will research it.Roy

Wow..for a minute there, I thought I was looking at one of those obscenely expensive Aeromate Tiger 1s (Over £2,000) from rctank.de,...see below.. but yours eclipses it completely for detail and finish. Again, echoing others, with all that lovely brass and bits of copper, it would seem a crying shame to paint it. Have you considered transparent camo?

Thanks for the comment I have not seen that tank before it does look a bit lean on detail, but I suppose you get what you pay for.The hours that I put into the Tiger are uncountable. The wheels alone took me about three weeks to make the bolt locking tabs were cut from an old aluminium beer cans fortunately I had a few at hand.Roy
