Lee Hi,
I and a number of other customers of "TANKZONE" when first we had dealings with them were treated right royally, then like a ripe strawberry we were plucked and left feeling cheated and swearing never to have anything to do with them again, :{
If you continue buying from this dealer do not be surprised if you are suddenly let down and left very disappointed, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. :thumbdown:
The Blacklist is not made up of people trying to get even, just alerting others to the second rate people who are sometimes found in our hobby.
You as indeed is everybody else, free to purchase from whoever you choose BUT at least when the inevitable happens I and others who have contributed to the BLACKLIST can say "I TOLD YOU SO" :lolno:

Hi Shaun,

Thanks for the heads up and concern, as I said in my post ' i was only sharing my personal views ' about this seller and my dealings with them, I had no plans of purchasing from tankzone but then found out they were the same company on ebay. It is not very nice for anyone to get ripped off of they hard earned cash and while I have no further plans to buy any items from them in the near future I can only tell you of the experience I had of my dealings with them at that time, there is no saying that I wouldn't get stung if I do continue using them but until that happens or if that happens, I can and only, did comment on my past purchases.

Best regards, Lee.

Did not realise they were on the warn off list.

I got my Chally 2 from them, not knowing they were iffy. Everything was and is fine.

Sad thing now is I was going to get the Matorro half track from them....

Andy.

Forgive me as I am very new to this. However just before Christmas I ordered some of their German tank recognition flags and a small German aerial pennant with Swastikas on & the Liebstandarte markings. Not cheap.looked good on the website . The quality is poor. I suggest look elsewhere on ebay for better quality.

Hi all
I can only speak for myself.
I bought a H/L basic Tiger 1 a few years back (plastic tracks and running gear) and I spent a small fortune on up grade parts from Tankzone, barrel extension, steel towing cables, towing cable fixing kit, correct Tiger arial, unit pennant, anti aircraft flags, etched brass mesh grill covers, replacement steel tracks, steel towing shackles all turned up on time no problem.
After my basic Tiger fell apart I got myself a custom Tiger 1 from them, Tiger 1 number 812 TIKI, full metal running gear, tracks etc.
One last thing, for Christmas my wife got me a TORRO Jagdtiger from Tankzone, when it turned up the upper hull had very bad damaged, my wife emailed Tankzone and they arranged for it to be picked up by UPS then 4 days later a brand new Jagdtiger turn up again via UPS, we did not have to pay any of the shipping they picked up the tab no questions.
I'v never had a problem with them at all.

Cheers mike
