Hello and good year,

detail of "equilibratior":

Image

I had to change the steel spring that was too steep for a spring home made brass wire of Ø 0.4mm, much more flexible!
The three guide rods are made of brass wire of 1.2 mm diameter with threaded ends and held in place by nuts.

The three seats are machined in a Ø 10mm brass, central hole Ø 3mm and 3 holes drilled at 120 ° Ø 1.2mm, then sawed to get the 3 seats.

At one end of the rod, the tip has been machined in the bulk and tapped to Ø 3 mm, the other end welded to one of the seats.

On the seat side gun mount is welded to the bearing of the hinge pin.

Many small welding job but it's over!

Left to do the gun elevation system (big job) and still many small things plastic card and brass wire as well as the dashboard.
