Nice work Ice,I would be tempted to look at the eyes again, the americans eyes need to be "levelled" as he looks like he has one eye looking in one direction and the other in another, and the germans eyes look too big to me, i.e the cornea and pupil, as there is very little white of the eye showing, a lighter highlight on the raised flesh areas would also go well, but blend it insoftly.

Eyes are one of the most difficult thing to paint on a figure, and it took me alot of practice to get them looking right, if done wrong they can really spoil the look of a figure so as a tip what I did to learn hoe to get them right I drew sets of eyes at the scale I wanted to paint at the correct distance apart and painted them in, this was done quite a few times but with practice and experimentation you can get some really nice effects as well as learn to get your eyes fixed straight and sized correctly.
