Sorry mate, the Abrams wheels are 40mm. So you seem to be looking at aroung 45mm. Get yourself to B&Q or a plumbers merchants. You should be able to find some plastic pipe of that diameter, if not go for a larger diameter pipe take a couple of 5mm slices, and cut a notch out of them to give the correct diameter then jb weld them. Another piece of smaller diameter pipe will make the inside/axle part of the wheel.

Hi Rob Just been looking at your photos and something jumped out at me the gearcase behind the sprocket from what Ive seen looks alot like a sherman one can you take a photo with a rule for scale then I can check .
The build looks good you have alot of work to do like to see something different .
