All my locomotives sold in 1 big box to a model train store for $1800. He tried to take me down to a grand even and I told him if he wanted to pay only a grand I'd be keeping both Alagany's and a Big Boy, he found the money and bought them all. I sold the cars and all caboose's to a different store for $2000, the tracks and buildings and vehicles went to friends. Worst part I had to use most of it to my wife to pay for a trip to visit her family while I stayed home and had to work. :'(

Jack, you make a guy glad to be a bachelor. Just thinking about that could make a grown man cry. :(

Hi Paul,If I ever had the money for a second house I would buy a property in OREGON,
The weather is not unlike England and the people are cheeringly free minded although I would avoid Portland, Far too may cyclists for my taste :haha:
I am sure I would feel at home in LOGSDEN, Lincoln County, specifically "Moonshine Park Road", what an absolute winner of a street name,
And any state that names a town that is beside the sea "SEASIDE" certainly appeals to my sense of logic.
Now where did I put that lottery ticket ???

Hi Shaun, and Kaiser, thank you for the welcome. Shaun, we do seem to share the same sort of weather as parts of the UK in Oregon that's for sure but we also have bits of the state that are very similar to parts of Germany as well. Use Google and research Lane County Oregon, that's where I am and it is full of wonderful scenery and natural attractions. I live about an hour for the coast so fresh seafood and ocean side day trips are easily found.

Back to tanks, I posted my first bit of a build thread and added two pictures under Tamiya Builds, more progress soon!
